Reciprocal Golf Clubs

Reciprocal Golfing Privileges may be granted to members of other private clubs when‑
(a)     prior arrangements are made with the Club Professional by a reciprocal private club as defined by the G.A.O. or G.A.M.
(b)     prior arrangements are made with the General Manager and it is deemed appropriate to extend privileges to members of other private clubs when special situations may arise such as requests from visitors from out of town, other private clubs because of an unusual situation or certain dignitaries


How do I book a time?
Reciprocal Golfing Privileges are available for Essex members with the following clubs. Contact Associate Golf Professional, Alex McIntyre [email protected] to arrange reciprocal play. 
Please include the date, approximate time, and who will be joining your group.  The professional team will contact the club involved and arrange the best tee time choices that match your request. (Only the golf shop can arrange for a reciprocal time - not members directly) Please keep in mind that your request for a specified date and time is at the discretion of the hostin facility, and is based upon availabilty. 
Resident Members - allowed to book 6 or less reciprocal times
Non-Resident Members - allowed to book 2 or less reciprocal times
